Bibliography
The Rabenstein Saga is reasonably historically accurate. All the towns,
villages, and even the Covenant itself really existed in the Middle Ages.
(Today for example, Rabenstein is a hotel - the original Medieval walls
lie in ruins around the more contemporary 19th century-era structure. Medieval
banquets are even held there in some summers, and someday I hope to attend
one!)
Most of the books used as source material for the Saga were found in
the libraries of Wake Forest University
(Winston-Salem, NC), and the University of
North Carolina (Chapel Hill, NC). Special thanks to Wesley Schwein for
assistance with Steiermark Tourist Information during his stay at Graz in
1996.
